8/26/2020 - Rittenhouse is 17 years old. It is illegal in Illinois for a minor to possess a firearm. He illegally transported said firearm across a state line to Wisconsin (a federal crime). It is illegal for a minor to possess a firearm in Wisconsin. He was illegally present after the curfew. He had no right to be there, and his carrying the AR-15 was a felony. He interacted with Kenosha PD, who failed to ask for his ID, failed to ask his name, age of where he was from, or what he was doing carrying around an AR-15. The cops gave him two bottle of water, minutes later two people are dead. Kenosah PD will be paying millions to the families of the dead.
